Kate Sliger

     Senior Scope-Kate Sliger     

           Jessica Kate Stevens Sliger is the daughter of Dean Sliger and Jennifer Stevens-Sliger. Kate is the granddaughter of Anthony and Dana Stevens, and Kendell and Lynda Sliger.

            Kate’s favorite movie is The Bodyguard, her favorite book is The Secret Life of Bees, and her favorite TV shows are Friends, Grace, and Frankie. In Kate’s free time, she enjoys shopping.

Kate has attended Tupelo Schools since the three year old program. She is a member of the Oklahoma Honor Society, National Honor Society, and is listed on the Superintendent’s Honor Roll. Kate has played softball for four years, basketball for three years, and golf for four years, making two state appearances in golf. She was a member a FFA member for three years, and she is also on the academic team.  

       Kate’s future plans include graduating from Murray State College with an associate’s degree in nursing. Then she wants to get her Bachelor of Science in nursing along with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma. Once her undergraduate work is completed, Kate plans to attend medical school.

Summer Food Service Program


TUPELO PUBLIC SCHOOL will be participating in the Summer Food Service Program.

Meals will be provided to the children without charge and are the same for all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, sex, age or disability, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service. Meals will be provided on a first-come first, serve basis, at the sites and times as follows:


​BREAKFAST 7:45 AM-8:45 AM

​LUNCH 11:30 AM-12:30 PM

​Monday- Thursday
